HIIT (High Intensity Internal Training)

Classes are open to both men and women and all fitness levels!

These classes combine a range of training modalities from kettlebell to barbell exercises, effective workout! 

Monday -6am 7am 6pm

Tuesday – 6am 7am

Wednesday – 6am 6pm

Thursday – 6am 7am

Friday – 6am 7am 

Saturday – 8.30am
